Our promise

Safety information is always free.

Per-food how-to-serve guidance, choking-safety basics, and allergen education are free for every family, with no subscription required — including the Starting Solids safety essentials. A subscription only unlocks personalization: the daily plan, meal plans, growth reports, and multi-child planning. We gate convenience, never safety.

What is in each tier

Free is built to be genuinely useful. One child, one food scan a day, five AI coach chats a day, and basic nutrition logging — enough for a family who wants to try the safety-aware experience without committing.

Standard removes the daily limits for one child and adds weekly and monthly reports, growth tracking, priority support, and premium voice chat (with a daily allowance). The right tier for most single-child families who want to use Miriel for daily planning. Billed $4.99/month or $49.99/year (about 17% off).

Advanced is for multi-child families and for parents who want the deeper analytics — sibling-aware planning, advanced cross-child growth tracking, the full real-time voice mode with a higher daily voice allowance. One subscription covers every child on the account. Billed $9.99/month or $99.99/year (about 17% off).

Pricing FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Yes — Standard monthly comes with a one-week free trial, so you can try the full single-child experience before paying; cancel anytime in iOS Settings before it ends and you are not charged. Separately, the free tier (one child profile, one food scan and five AI coach chats per day, basic nutrition logging) is genuinely usable and free to keep indefinitely. Yearly plans also periodically include a limited-time discount on the first year — check the in-app paywall for the current offer.

How do I cancel a subscription?

All subscriptions are billed via your Apple ID. To cancel, open Settings on iOS → tap your name → Subscriptions → Miriel AI → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Is there an annual (yearly) plan?

Yes. Standard is $4.99/month or $49.99/year, and Advanced is $9.99/month or $99.99/year — the yearly plans save roughly 17% versus paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly on the paywall inside the app, and a limited-time discount on the first year is sometimes available.

Are there regional or family discounts?

Apple controls regional price tiers; the local price is shown to you in your App Store currency. We do not currently offer multi-account family discounts beyond Advanced (which already supports unlimited children on a single account). Apple Family Sharing — the App Store feature that lets your Apple Family share a paid subscription — is supported for the Standard and Advanced plans. (That is separate from co-parent account access, i.e. two logins into the same child's data, which is on our roadmap.)

Is there a refund policy?

Subscription refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store, in line with Apple’s standard refund policy. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Will pricing change?

Prices may adjust over time. Any change to your current subscription will be communicated in advance and will not take effect until your next renewal — Apple’s subscription terms protect existing subscribers from silent price increases.
